Terms of Fees and Billing:

• That the Trader will get “Index Service” for "monthely" and “Quarterly” for which trader has to pay Rs. 69999/- and Rs. 149000/- + GST respectively. 
• That the Payment Mechanism of the service will be as following 

Fee Terms:

• That the Client has to renew the service on or before the expiry of the Invoice tenure.
• That the Payment Mechanism of the service will be as following
  • That all the fees of Research Analyst, Client need to pay in advance.
  • That Client shall have to provide receipt of payment of fee.
  • That client can only make the fee payment to Research Analyst through cheque/ Demand Drafts or by way of direct credit to the bank accounts through NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS/ UPI.
  • That one the service duration will be over Client need to renew the service by paying the fee in advance.
  • That Research Analyst will provide Invoice to Client in which Date and the Validity of service will be mentioned.
  • If client is not making full payment of service charge , he will get service on pro-rata basis.
